Roundtable on healthcare reforms held in Kokshetau

ASTANA. June 9. KAZINFORM The issues of legislative provision of the reforms held in the healthcare sphere have been discussed during a roundtable initiated by the Senate?s Committee on Social-Cultural Development in Kokshetau; Kazinform refers to the Senate?s press service.
Senate deputies Svetlana Dzhalmagambetova, Serik Ayaganov, Minister of Healthcare Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev, oblast?s akim Albert Rau, heads of regional and district medical establishments took part in the roundtable.
Minister of Healthcare Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev delivered a keynote report.
?The legislation codification in the healthcare sphere will allow to raise the medicine status, systemize a big number of legislative acts functioning in the sphere of health protection, harmonize them with the international legislation, improve a level of medical service of citizens and change the society's attitude towards healthcare?, the Minister noted.
Noting significance of further improvement of the state policy in the sphere of health protection, Serik Ayaganov emphasized the necessity of a new legal base formation aimed at the healthcare sphere modernization.
At the discussion there was held a wide exchange of opinions.
