Romania Babes-Bolyai University opens Kazakh language, culture and history center
ASTANA. February 16. KAZINFORM Kazakh Senate Chairman Kairat Mami received Romanian Ambassador Emil Rapcea, whose diplomatic mission to Kazakhstan came to an end.
Kairat Mami thanked Emil Rapcea for his contribution to the development of Kazakh-Romanian bilateral relations. "Romania is Kazakhstan's political and economic partner in Eastern Europe. Kazakh and Romanian parliamentarians have a big potential for cooperation," Mami said.
The diplomat thanked the Kazakh side for the support of his work and called for further strengthening of bilateral relations. According to Rapcea, the two countries have a big potential for the development of ties, both in economic and in cultural and humanitarian spheres. Presently, the Romanian language is taught at the Karaganda University. The Babes-Bolyai University of Romania opened the center of the Kazakh language, culture and history.
