Roman Sklyar to head Kazakh Industry Ministry

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has decreed to appoint Roman Sklyar as the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan, the Akorda press service reports.
