Roads closed in Kostanay region for bad weather

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kostanay region closed roads due to bad weather conditions.
"The restriction was imposed at 07:40 a.m. November 23 for all types of vehicles in all directions due to black ice and blizzard," an official statement reads.
