ASTANA. April 8. KAZINFORM Head of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin congratulated Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev on a victory in the presidential elections, the President's press service reports.
"The results of the elections confirm to the full high authority you have. Impressive success in nation-building, notable economic progress and people's welfare gain achieved over the years of independent development of Kazakhstan are associated with your name," the telegram reads.
