Reps of Czech Chamber of Commerce visit Aktobe
AKTOBE. September 14. KAZINFORM. /Samal Yendibayeva/ Delegation of the Czech Chamber of Commerce is paying a working visit to Aktobe. Today they have met with the representatives of the Aktobe business circles.
Not long before that meeting the Czech side discussed the opportunities of cooperation with Deputy Akim of the region Roza Kemalova. They expressed interest in the projects on healthcare, housing and utilities infrastructure, energy and environmental protection.
According to the director of Aktobe regional entrepreneurship and industry department, last year the volume of commodity turnover between the region and the Czech Republic amounted to USD 13.9 million. Aktobe region intends to activate foreign economic cooperation with the Czech business structures and administration bodies.
The Czech delegation also plans to visit healthcare and energy facilities of the region as well as meet with members of the ethnic-cultural union of Czechs in Aktobe. Following the results of the trip the sides will sign a memorandum of cooperation between the chambers of commerce and industry of the Czech Republic and Aktobe region.
