«Regions of Kazakhstan - Moscow: enhanced cooperation» Business Forum kicks off

According to the Head of National Holding "KazAgro" Dulat Aytzhanov, the main goal of the business mission is organization of direct deliveries of Kazakh agricultural and food products to the markets of Moscow. The forum is presenting goods of Kazakhstani producers and agribusiness export opportunities of the country. The Russian side has outlined the current state of the market in the Moscow region as well as introduced the plans on the creation of food cluster for the implementation of agricultural products in Moscow region. The event, which will last for two days, was organized by the Kazakhstan National Holding "KazAgro" jointly with the Moscow Government, the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, the Embassy of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation and the Trade Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation . In accordance with the press service of "KazAgro" the forum has being attended by representatives of about 90 Kazakh farms and agricultural companies. More than 20 producers of wheat, flour and macaroni production, about 30 producers of meat, fish and fish products, 10 makers of different fruits and vegetables products, 4 producers of milk and dairy products expressed readiness for supplying Moscow market. The forum will hold sessions on three areas: cooperation in the supply of grain, flour and rice, meat and meat foods; relationship in the implementation of agricultural and horticultural crops. According to the event's results a joint statement will be signed by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan and the Department of Trade and Services of the Moscow city, the memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the "KazAgro" National Holding" JSC and "Mosregiontorg" LtD.
