Real estate registration procedure to be simplified in 2011- Minister of Justice

ASTANA. January 17. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan plans to simplify the procedure of real estate registration this year, Kazinform quotes Minister Rashid Tussupbekov as saying.
"This year we will develop all necessary amendments to the current legislation aimed at implementation of e-registration of real estate. If this initiative is successful, the procedure will be significantly simplified", the Minister noted.
According to him, once a real estate purchase and sale agreement is notarized, an electronic notification about the contract will be automatically delivered to the justice bodies via the 'e-notary' system, and the ownership right will be registered.
