However, he noted that the lack of elaborated sea ports on the Caspian Sea creates a narrow "bottleneck" in the whole transport system. "We are now planning to develop dry cargo transportation in the Caspian Sea. "Our plans are fully correlated with the development of maritime, port and infrastructure aerportovoy," said the head of KTZ. He also added that as part of a single logistics operator of the Customs Union of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus should address a number of issues: the uniform tariff policy and a single integrated system, providing container transport.
