ASTANA. August 26. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) by the USA Senate will serve as an example for other states signed and did not ratified the Treaty", Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev has said today at the conference dedicated to the International Day against Nuclear Tests.
K.Saudabayev noted that to date the CTBT was signed by 182 countries and ratifies by 153 states.

In this regard, K.Saudabayev expressed hope on that the U.S. Senate would ratify the Treaty submitted by President Barack Obama. He also appraised the decision of Indonesia to ratify the Treaty.
