Rain turns roads into rinks in Karaganda region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Authorities of Karaganda region have shut down a section of the Kyzylorda-Pavlodar highway due to bad weather conditions.
According to the Committee for emergencies of the Internal Affairs Ministry, the region was gripped by rain showers that turned roads in the region into skating rinks.
