A cyclone coupled with atmospheric fronts will affect the weather in Kazakhstan on Monday, bringing rain and snow to most parts of the country, Kazinform News Agency reports citing Kazhydromet.
Fog and ice slick, strong wind and snowstorm are predicted countrywide.
