Rain and snow to grip Kazakhstan southeast

The southern, eastern, and central regions of Kazakhstan are set to face today's weather without precipitations, while the rest of the country is forecast to brace for ground blizzard. Rain is expected to fall in the south, and rain and snow are to batter the southeast.

Fog and high wind are predicted countrywide, it said in a statement.
