Railway stations in 12 major cities of Kazakhstan get Wi-Fi

ASTANA. July 19. KAZINFORM By the end of 2012 wireless Internet access services will be launched at the railway stations in 12 major cities across the country, said Kazakh Minister of Transport and Communications Askar Zhumagaliyev on his Twitter page.
"Until the end of the year access to Wi-Fi will be provided at the railway stations of Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Shymkent, Taraz, Atyrau, Mangyshlak, Pavlodar, Kostanay, Kokshetau and Semey. By the end of the third quarter Wi-Fi will be installed at railway stations in Karaganda and Aktobe," A. Zhumagaliyev wrote.
According to him, surveillance cameras have been installed at bus stations in Astana, Almaty and 12 regional centers.
