Railway segment of bridge to Crimea will be commissioned in December 2019

MOSCOW. KAZINFORM - Commencement of temporary operation of the Kerch Bridge railway segment is postponed for one year to December 2019, the Russian Government said on Thursday in a decree amending terms of the government contract for the bridge design and construction.
"Temporary operation of the built railway at the facility will start on December 1, 2019," the document says.
