Quillin less attractive for Golovkin without a belt - Tom Loeffler

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Gennady ‘GGG' Golovkin's promoter Tom Loeffler has recently shared his thoughts on Peter Quillin dropping out of his middleweight title fight against Matvey (Matt) Korobov) with sports.yahoo.com.
"Now you can see the difficulty we had getting a unification fight with Quillin," Loeffler said. "We reached out to Quillin's team and could never get an answer. ... But Quillin's value to us was as a champion. Without a belt, there's not a lot of value there for us."
Quillin announced Thursday he was dropping his WBO middleweight title and declining a $1.4 million bout to defend against Korobov, Kazinform has learned from Sports.kz.
