Quake shatters 185 km southwest of Almaty

ASTANA. KAZINFORM The network of the seismic stations of the Kazakh Education and Science Ministry has recorded today at 7:18 an earthquake southwest of Almaty in the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
The energy class of the 4,6 magnitude quake is 9,9. Another quake centered 140 km west of Almaty city in Kazakhstan hit late at night reaching 3,7 magnitude. Its energy class is 8,4.
