Public service system to be improved in Kazakhstan
ASTANA. January 30. KAZINFORM Delivering the Address to the Nation, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev set a task on improvement of public service system.
One of the important tasks is to train qualified political class of managers who represent the basis of new managerial elite and who will have to lead Kazakhstan in 21st century; according to the Premier's website pm.kz.
'Another relevant task for us is to train qualified political class of managers. I charge the Government, Presidential Administration to develop proposals on candidates to the Office of Presidential Personnel by the end of the first half of 2012.
A special commission will work on selection of the candidates based on the principles of education and professionalism, moral qualities, initiatives and success of the work they are assigned. They will have the salaries similar to the one in the business structures.
On January 27, President of Kazakhstan delivered his annual Address to the Nation 'Socio-economic modernization - main direction of development of Kazakhstan' and defined ten future priorities for development of the country in 2012.
