Protocol of amendments to Istanbul Declaration signed in Astana

ASTANA. April 27. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ As earlier reported, Astana hosted today the II plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic-Speaking Countries. After the session a ceremony of signing the documents took place.
Chairpersons of the parliaments of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey signed a Protocol of amendments to the Istanbul Declaration adopted by the heads of Turkic-speaking state at the X Istanbul Summit in September 2010.
In addition, chiefs of the parliament staff signed an Agreement on cooperation of the Turkic-speaking countries' libraries.
