ASTANA. KAZINFORM Professional negotiators conduct negotiation with a hostage taker at the Kaspi Bank in the Kazakh capital, Kazinform learnt from POLISIA.KZ.
As earlier reported, an armed man entered the bank and locked the doors. There were only bank workers.
According to preliminary information seven people were held hostage.
