Priorities of Kazakhstan penitentiary system must be clearly defined - PM

ASTANA. January 17. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ We need to define priorities in the penitentiary system of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov said it at the meeting of the board of the Ministry of Justice.
According to him there were serious problems in this system last year. This year must be different, he stressed.
The Prime Minister charged Minister Rashid Tussupbekov to hold a meeting to define priorities of the system.
