Prime Minister K. Massimov meets U.S. Presidential Security Advisor J. Jones

KIEV. February 25. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov met with U.S. President's Security Advisor James Jones in the capital city of Ukraine today.
The meeting was devoted to discussion of the issues of further development of the Kazakhstan-U.S. cooperation. In particular, the parties focused on regulation of the conflict in Afghanistan as well as organization of the OSCE summit in 2010.
The parties expressed confidence in further strengthening the ties between the countries.
As is known, the Head of the Kazakh Government has arrived in Kiev Thursday February 25 for participating in a ceremony of inauguration of newly elected President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich.
