Prime Minister Akhmetov pays working visit to western Kazakhstan
ASTANA. April 13. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan's Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov is paying a working visit to western Kazakhstan. He is in the region to survey the condition of a flight strip of the Uralsk International Airport, prime minister's press service reports.
The reconstruction of the strip is to be discussed with the airport administration.
The Premier will also inspect the washed out coastline of the Ural River during a flyby check and survey the technological process at the Karachaganak oil field.
Serik Akhmetov is expected to visit "Crown Batys" Ltd., a meat production and processing company, in Zelenosk district.
In Uralsk, Prime Minister Akhmetov will attend the West Kazakhstan machine manufacturing company and chair a session on the development of works and services of large extracting companies.
