ASTANA. January 22. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Presumably, the GDP growth last year was up to 1.1%. Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov said it Friday at the hearing of the Government's report on the results of the socio-economic development of the country in 2009 and plans on development for 2010.
According to him, the last year's increase in industrial production made 1.7%, agricultural production - 13%.
"The financial system was stabilized due to reserves that we accumulated in the National Fund earlier. Thus we finished 2009 successfully enough", K.Massimov said.
