Presidents of Kazakhstan and France to debate work of Nazarbayev - Sarkozy" Commission
ASTANA. September 19. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ As earlier reported, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev is expected to pay a working visit to Paris at the invitation of French President Nicolas Sarkozy. The Presidents will debate the work of the "Nazarbayev - Sarkozy" Presidential Commission, Kazakh MFA's official spokesman Askar Abdrakhmanov told a briefing.
Besides, the Presidents Nursultan Nazarbayev and Nicolas Sarkozy will touch upon the current state and prospects of bilateral strategic partnership, based on the Treaty of 2008 in political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as topical regional and international issues. The Presidents of Kazakhstan and France are expected to adopt the Joint Statement which will reflect the main outcomes of the negotiations and the parties' intentions for further development of cooperation.
