President urges Government to ensure growth of non-oil and gas sector of economy by 3%
ASTANA. April 17. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Estimations and medium-term forecasts demonstrate that the materials sector of our economy will give annual growth by four percent. President Nursultan Nazarbayev has noted it at the Government's session.
"A new task to the Government and governors is to ensure growth of the rest of the economy by three percent due to intensive development of non-oil sector of the economy, small and medium business," N.nazarbayev noted.
As the Head of State stressed, we have a potential. "I know three resources for its solution: firstly, attraction of both internal and external investments. Secondly, innovations introduction. Thirdly, improvement of effectiveness of work of the state, public institutions," the President noted.
