President took part in launch of gold recovery plant at Vasilkovsky Mining and Processing Complex

AKMOLA OBLAST. May 28. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ Today Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev participated in launch of the gold recovery plant at the Vasilkovsky Mining and Processing Complex.
The production capacity of the plant is to make 8 mln tones of ore including 13-14,5 tones of gold per annum.
As the experts say, the plant has no analogue in the CIS. The working program of the quarry development covers 17 years. By 2025 the total amount of the ore is expected to make over 122 mln tones.
