President to take part in conference devoted to 15th anniversary of Constitution

ASTANA. August 27. KAZINFORM An international scientific conference Constitution - Basis of Democratic Development of State dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Kazakh Constitution will be held in Astana today.
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, deputies of the Parliament, heads of central state bodies, representatives of international organizations and human rights institutions, foreign parliaments, constitutional control authorities, outstanding scientists-lawyers are expected to take part in the conference.
The organizers are the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan, the Parliament, the Human Rights Commissioner and the Eurasian National Gumilyov University.
