NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Kazakh President’s televised address to the nation in regards to imposition of the state of emergency, will be broadcast on national TV channels today, at 02:00pm, Press Secretary of the President Berik Uali informed via his Facebook account, Kazinform reports.
