President signs Law on social benefits increase

According to Akorda website, Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law "On amendments to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of social security". The law is aimed at improving the social security system and social support. The amendments to the legislative acts include increasing the size of welfare payments by 12 % since April 1, 2014 and state social allowances by 25 % - from 1 April 2015 as well as the introduction of one-time payment in the amount of 75 Monthly calculation indexes in connection with adoption of a child.
