President signs Decree On measures for Law Enforcement System further development

I HEREBY DECREE:

1. Approve the State program of further modernization of the law enforcement system of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2014-2020 (hereinafter - the Program).

2 . Endorse the concept of personnel policy of law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3 . The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the public authorities directly subordinated and accountabled to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the prescribed manner to develop and approve the Action Plan for the implementation of the program in coordination with the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2 ) to submit to the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan the results of monitoring the implementation of the Programme in terms and in the manner determined by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 4, 2010 № 931 "On issues of further functioning of the state planning system in the Republic of Kazakhstan";

3) to take other measures for the implementation of the Decree.

4 . Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be charged with monitoring the execution of the Decree.

5 . The Decree shall enter into force upon signature.
