President signed Order on awarding state scholarships in the field of culture in 2011

ASTANA. December 31. KAZINFORM On December 30 Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Order of the President "On awarding state scholarships in the field of culture in 2011," official mass media report.
State scholarships are awarded as a material support to outstanding figures, who made contribution to development of literature and art of Kazakhstan as well as to the persons, who have high creative potential; the internal policy department of the President's Administration informs of it.
