ASTANA-AKORDA. February 11. KAZINFORM President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On ratification of the Optional Protocol to the International covenant on civil and political rights, Kazinform has learnt from the Presidential press service.
