President sent telegram of congratulations to R.Otunbayeva

ASTANA. July 4. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a telegram of congratulations to Roza Otunbayeva on the occasion of inauguration, the Presidential press service reports.
"I wish you good health, prosperity and successes in you work and stability, peace and welfare to the people of Kyrgyzstan", the telegram writes.
