President's Message - country's strategy for decade - Deputy of Pavlodar maslikhat
LODAR. January 29. KAZINFORM /Vera Livintsova/ Leader of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev has put forward a strategy of Kazakhstan's development, which consists of innovation ideas for the next decade, in his message to the nation. Deputy of the Pavlodar maslikhat Askar Bakhralinov said in an interview to a Kazinform correspondent.
There were summed up the results of the Road map - over 400,000 jobs were created, social objects and roads were reconstructed. This program became a firm foundation of the country's post-crisis development.
The Head of the State paid special attention to Pavlodar oblast. The region expects powerful industrial development of non-oil and gas sector and agrarian complex.
The program of modernization and growth of competitiveness of the Kazakh nation is a new law on science, new development centers, attraction of scientists of world-wide reputation, preschool education improvement and secondary education modernization. It is the professional improvement of the Kazakh higher school for compliance with international standards.
The Kazakh President also paid attention to the social issues - growth of salaries, pensions and benefits, reduction of maternal and child mortality, improvement of quality of medical services, and employment problems.
