President's Address - a policy document inspiring Kazakhstanis, former Ambassador of China

BEIJING. February 16. KAZINFORM "The recent State-of-the-Nation Address of Nursultan Nazarbayev outlined the key principle of the country's future development and set certain tasks," former Ambassador of China to Kazakhstan Yao Peisheng told Kazinform Agency.
According to him, the President's Address is an important document that deserves perusal. President Nursultan Nazarbayev plans to place Kazakhstan among the ranks of the developed countries by 2020-2030.
"Now we can see this goal can be achieved. Kazakhstan laid the foundation for its rampant development," the Chinese diplomat noted.
