President Nursultan Nazarbayev congratulated Orthodox Christians on Christmas

ASTANA. January 7. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Today Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has visited the Assumption Cathedral in Astana to congratulate the Orthodox Christians on Christmas.
As the President said, Muslims and Orthodox Christians of Kazakhstan are the largest confessions and, therefore, Muslims holiday, Kurban Ait, and Orthodox Christmas are declared the days off.
"A bird cannot fly with just one wing as well as the state cannot exist with just one wing. Islam and Orthodoxy are the wings of Kazakhstan," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
