President nominated Kairat Mami's candidacy for Senate Speaker

ASTANA. April 15. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Today at the Senate's plenary session President Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed to elect Kairat Mami the Speaker of the Upper House of the Kazakh Parliament.
After the discussion the deputies will hold a secret ballot. In accordance with Article 58 of Kazakhstan Constitution the candidacy for the post of the Senate Chairman is nominated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
