President Nazarbayev welcomed participants of II Turkic Media Forum

KU. October 28. KAZINFORM /Berik Hamidov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent greetings to the participants of the II Turkic Media Forum in Baku.
General Director of Nur Media Holding Kaissar Zhanakhanov read out a welcome letter by the President of Kazakhstan.
In the message, N.Nazarbayev outlined that the Turkic mass media should play significant role in promotion of culture, traditions and language. "They should also play important role in consolidation and unity of the Turkic world. I consider that the platform adopted at the I Turkic Summit will play authoritative role in development of our relations," the letter reads.
