President Nazarbayev to meet with Czech, Uzbek counterparts next week
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is set to meet with his counterpart President of the Czech Republic Miloš Zeman on Monday (November 24), Kazinform has learnt from the Akorda's press service.
As the Czech President readies to pay an official visit to Kazakhstan next week, the sides are expected to eye deeper bilateral cooperation in commercial and economic, transport and transit, agricultural and humanitarian spheres. Closer cooperation in engineering, energy sector, medicine and tourism between Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic also looks quite promising. On Tuesday, President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will visit Kazakhstan for top-level bilateral talks as well. The leaders of the two countries will discuss implementation of the agreements reached during Nursultan Nazarbayev's visit to Tashkent in June 2013. Nursultan Nazarbayev and Islam Karimov will also touch upon the priority spheres of cooperation such as economy and energy sectors, transport, cultural and humanitarian sphere.
