President Nazarbayev receives head of National Chamber of Entrepreneurs

During the meeting, T. Kulibayev and A. Myrzakhmetov reported to the President on results of the chamber's activities and work on protection of rights and interests of domestic business. President Nazarbayev stressed that utmost attention is paid to the development of entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan and comprehensive assistance is rendered. "The Eurasian Economic Union will become effective on January 1, 2015. Our businessmen should be ready to compete in new conditions. Besides, new economic policy Nurly zhol (Path to the future) offers vast opportunities in terms of business development in Kazakhstan. Every entrepreneur should find his/her niche, place in the market. And it is up to the state and the chamber to create all necessary conditions to this end. Hopefully, these measures will facilitate the development of domestic business," Nursultan Nazarbayev said. Mr. Kulibayev, in turn, thanked the President for support in development and strengthening of the chamber's activities. As A. Myrzakhmetov stressed at the meeting, business community lauded the recent State-of-the-Nation Address delivered by President Nazarbayev. "Now our businessmen are confident that the state will render necessary assistance," he added. The Head of State gave a number of specific instructions following results of the meeting.
