President Nazarbayev participates in nationwide teleconference in Astana
ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A nationwide teleconference with the participation of President Nursultan Nazarbayev within the framework of the Industrialization Day has kicked off at the Palace of Independence in Astana.
The press service of the Ministry for Investments and Development reports, results of implementation of the first five-year plan of Kazakhstan's industrial policy are to be summed up at the event. 15 new industrial projects will be presented to the Head of State during the teleconference as well. Two gold recovery plants in Karaganda and North Kazakhstan regions, a rail and beam plant in Aktobe region, a vitriol plant in Stepnogorsk and many more will be put on stream. In total, 150 new projects of the Industrialization Map have been implemented in 2014. Afterwards, Nursultan Nazarbayev will award laureates of the Presidential Altyn Sapa and Paryz Awards.
