President Nazarbayev laid wreath at Memorial to Fallen Heroes in Hanoi

NOI. October 31. KAZINFORM /Ruslan Suleimenov/ Beginning his visit to Vietnam, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has laid a wreath at the Memorial to Fallen Heroes in Hanoi.
The Memorial was opened in 1995 in memory of the people, who gave their lives for freedom and independence of Vietnam.
The Head of State also laid a wreath at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is the main sight of the city. It was constructed in 1973 on the basis of the old tribune, from which on September 2, 1945, Ho Chi Minh read out the Declaration of Independence, which declared establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
