President Nazarbayev congratulates veterans on Great Victory anniversary

"I wholeheartedly congratulate all veterans of war and labor on the 70th anniversary of Great Victory! Your act of bravery will be seared into the memory of all generations on Kazakhstan," President Nazarbayev said, addressing the veterans at the military parade in Astana. The Head of State noted that it is quite symbolic that Kazakhstan celebrates the Defender of the Fatherland Day and the Victory Day one after another. Today Astana hosts the military parade dated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day and the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
