President Nazarbayev congratulates Kazakhstan on Eid al-Adha at Sultan Khazret mosque in Astana

"Dear Kazakhstanis,

Today we celebrate one of the greatest holidays! We mark Eid al-Adha as well as other holidays of other religions on the basis of unity of our people and their patriotism," President Nazarbayev noted in his congratulatory speech.

Nursultan Nazarbayev also stressed that Muslims address Allah with honest feelings and wishes of kindness and happiness for the country and the people.

"May Allah give our multi-confessional nation peace and unity to build prosperous Kazakhstan in the future," the Kazakh leader said.
