President: Ministries need to set up sci-tech units
ALMATY. October 13. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ All the companies of the country especially the investors must allocate funds on the legislative basis from the share of their profits for innovations, scientific projects and staff training; President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has said it today in Almaty during the lecture in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
"It must be legislatively designated that no matter who you are, what company or country you are from you must allocate some funds for innovation. Any business cannot be developed without innovation. The businessmen must invest their money into the development and you should work together for this", - the Head of the State addressed to scientists.
The President of Kazakhstan set a task before the Government to optimize the innovative activity. He stated: "First and foremost it is necessary to create a complex system of the technology knowledge transfer, to form an effective administration system for innovative and technologic development. For this purpose research and technology organization units must be created in ministries, national companies for carrying out of analysis for all implemented and developed projects. One of the vice ministers and one of the heads of companies must be responsible for the implementation of scientific projects", - N. Nazarbayev stated.
