President invites foreign investors to help realize Productivity 2020 program

According to President, it could not be just the financial assistance. It is crucial jointly with the National Technological Development Agency to develop a mechanism of attraction of Kazakh partners too. Nursultan Nazarbayev has charged the Government to speed up this process and work on a wide range of issues, ensure clear rules and good incentives.
