President instructs to create Medical care insurance fund

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Speaking at a joint session of the Parliament Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed to create a fund of obligatory medical insurance, according to Akorda Twitter account.
"By 2017 it is necessary to transform the Committee for payment of medical services into the medical care insurance fund", said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
