President held several bilateral meetings
ASTANA. May 18. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has held a number of bilateral meetings within the 24th plenary session of the Foreign Investors' Council.

Nursultan Nazarbayev received President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Thomas Mirow. The sides discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation as well as an agenda of the upcoming session of the EBRD in Astana.

The Head of State held a meeting with Chief Executive Officer of Eni Paolo Scaroni. A number of issues of investment cooperation and implementation of the company's projects in Kazakhstan were discussed at the meeting.
"All partners, who have participated in the Council's session today, confirmed their readiness to take part and make their contribution to modernization and industrialization of Kazakhstan," Paolo Scaroni said at a briefing for journalists.

Nursultan Nazarbayev met with President and CEO of TeliaSonera Company Lars Nyberg. They discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation.

The President held a meeting with President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia German Gref. They discussed the issues of investment cooperation as well as the issues which were raised at the plenary session of the Foreign Investors' Council.
