President decreed several appointments

By the President's Decree Nikolai Belokurov was appointed a member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Salarkhan Omarov - a member of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget; the President's press service reports.
